The letters are written by a coach and an AI model, to the same rules: ask before advising, follow up on Friday, never invent what somebody said. The coach reads the replies and writes some of the letters by hand.

When coaching stops

Some things aren’t coaching, and your coach says so at once.

HarassmentDiscrimination, harassment, an unsafe workplace. HR, or a labour lawyer, before anything else.
Crisis“I can’t face going in any more.” A doctor or a crisis line first; the career can wait.
ContractsSeverance, restraint of trade, a disciplinary. A lawyer reads those, not a coach.
MoneyEquity, retirement, a big financial call. A financial adviser.
